FUNCTIONS + Sp_An_1D contains the programs and documentation to implement the 1D statistical methods for the analysis of spatial patterns as a function of grain. The file also contains examples of data inputs and outputs.

+ Sp_An_2D contains the programs and documentation to implement the 2D statistical methods for the analysis of spatial patterns as a function of grain. The file also contains examples of data inputs and outputs.

+ MRPPS contains programs, documentation, and examples for the MRPP (LMRPP) and MRBP statistical methods.
