52°North SOS operations

Currently, the 52°North SOS implementation supports the following operations:

Core Profile

• GetCapabilities
• DescribeSensor
• GetObservation

All of the core operations support HTTP POST requests as well as HTTP GET requests.

Transactional Profile

We have implemented a first version of the transactional profile. You find a description of the implementation at SosTransactionalProfile.

• RegisterSensor
• InsertObservation

Enhanced Profile

• GetResult
• GetObservationById
• GetFeatureOfInterest
• GetFeatureOfInterestTime
